**COVID-19 OPERATIONS PLAN

PLEASE BE PATIENCE DURING THESE TIMES THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF BOTH SERVICE PROVIDERS AND OUR CLIENTELE IS A TOP PRIORITY

  • STATE BOARD RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE ALWAYS BEING PRACTICED IN MY WORK SPACE. TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF BOTH MY CLIENT AND MYSELF I WILL BE GIVING AN EXTRA 15 MINUTES BEFORE AND AFTER CLIENTS TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE THOROUGHLY.

  • ANYONE WHO IS SICK OR EXHIBITING SIGNS OF ILLNESS WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENTS. SERVICES SHOULD BE DEFERRED FOR 10-14DAYS

  • NO MASK NO SERVICE (THIS WILL HELP PREVENT SPREADING ANY GERMS)

  • CLIENT INTERACTION (WILL BE ASKED TO WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL INVITED IN, NO ADDIONTIONAL GUEST(S)

  • HYGIENE (WASH OR SANITIZE HANDS PRIOR TO AND ST THE END OF SERVICE

  • LEAVE UNNECESSARY PERSONAL ITEMS AT HOME

  • ONLY ONE CLIENT AT A TIME (NO MORE DOUBLE BOOKING)

  • THERMOMETERS ( TOUCH LESS INFRARED THERMOMETER TEMPERATURE CHECKS ARE AVAILIABLE TO HELP REDUCE THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

  • TEMPORARILY DISALLOWED BEVERAGE SERVICE: No beverage bar

POLICY

Your appointments are very important to Kayla. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. She understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, she respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments and cancellations of your appointments. Prior to booking an appointment she requires a $50 non-refundable deposit toward your appointment. All clients will be required to have a credit card on file to book all appointments and in the event adequate notice is not provided, she will collect a 50% fee of the missed service. All of the policies are designed to benefit her guests and provide in the best quality of excellent service for her established and future clientele.

LATE

Running late to your appointment please call (510) 790-9094 , email Kaysstyles@gmail.com ,or shoot me a text message to my personal number if you have it prior to your appointment, NOT at the time of your appointment. A $40 late fee will be applied, or your appointment may have to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.

If you are rescheduling because of being late to your appointment, your card on file will be charge for the $40 late fee.

If for any reason Kayla is running late she will communicate with you to ensure proper timing is allowed for your appointment.

NO SHOW

If you do not provide reason prior to your appointment of not showing you will be charged 75% of your service and card on file will be charged. When booking your next appointment you will need another $50 non-refundable deposit and 75% of your service to secure your next appointment.

CANCELLATION

Please email Kaysstyless@gmail.com or give her a text message to her personal number to cancel. You have 48 hours (2 days) to cancel without being charged. Your appointments are confirmed the day you book your appointment, a week in advanced prior, and 2 days before your appointment.

If you cancel or make changes 24 hours (1 day) or the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service and will lose any deposit that was placed.

To book your next appointment you will be required another $50 non-refundable deposit and 50% of your service.

For new clients, your deposit will be transferred ONE TIME and will only require a credit card on file.

If for any reason Kayla needs to cancel your appointment she will transfer your $50 deposit toward your new scheduled appointment.

RESCHEDULE

Please email Kaysstyless@gmail.com or give her a text message to her personal number to reschedule. If you placed a deposit and need to reschedule for whatever reason, your deposit will transfer over to your new appointment. You are only allowed to reschedule ONE TIME. If you need to reschedule again,a new $50 non-refundable deposit will be required towards your new appointment.
